KiCI is a complete CI/CD system that runs your pipelines on machines you control. The hosted platform relays webhooks and renders the dashboard without ever seeing your source or secrets — your own orchestrator and agents clone the code, run the jobs, and hold the logs. You and your coding agent get the full dev loop on that infrastructure: compile, run your working tree on your own agents, push, then read and re-run the result.

New to KiCI? Follow these in order:

1. Green run in ~5 minutes — stand up an orchestrator and agent (Docker / Podman or bare metal) and watch your first workflow go green.
2. Getting started — install the SDK, write your first workflow, compile it, and test it locally.
